Fair Friend Group (FFG) was established in 1979 with the founding principles of reliability, growth, continuous advancement, best in quality, and strive for excellence. FFG consists of three major divisions of businesses: (1) Machine Tool Division, (2) Industry Equipment Division, and (3) Green Energy Division. Products ranges from CNC machine tools, power tools & equipment, forklifts, construction machinery, parking garage equipment, pneumatic equipment, printed circuit boards, LCD monitors & TV, solar cell conductive adhesives, LED lighting, magnesium alloy forging, and testing equipment for semiconductor & LED wafer. FFG has 80 production and operational bases worldwide collaborating together to share the group's global resources. Transforming from dealer to manufacturer and from traditional industry to high-tech industry enabled FFG to advance not only in management and technology but also in the quality of products and services that meet or surpass international standards.

FFG Werke GmbH unites major players from the German machine tool industry with a broad range of turning, milling, and gear manufacturing technology with the knowhow of the machine tool brands VDF Boehringer, Hüller Hille, Hessapp, Honsberg, Modul and Witzig & Frank. For more than 200 years, these brands have substantially contributed to the progress in manufacturing technology and are well known as reliable and innovative equipment suppliers for the automotive and commercial vehicle industry, machine builders, the metalworking industry, aerospace industry, power generation, and heavy industry.
FFG Werke GmbH has more than 700 employees at four German production sites and six more locations in Germany, Russia, China, and Korea. Rounding out its global footprint, FFG Werke GmbH has strong sales and service partners in all target markets. While being an independent group member, FFG Werke GmbH benefits from the strengths and opportunities of the global Fair Friend Group. The brand FFG Europe stands for premium technology within FFG. Apart from the German brands, it comprises the Italian manufactures Jobs, Sachman, Rambaudi and Sigma.
FFG Europe & Americas is the holding company which unites major European and North American machine tools manufacturers. Present in Italy with seven historical brands, worldwide leaders in 5-continuous axis high speed and high torque machining technologies:
- Jobs, manufacturer of high-performance medium-large size milling centres, engineered turnkey plants, high-value added solutions and services
- Rambaudi, focussed on the production of high-speed or high-chip removal machines
- Sachman, point of reference in the subcontracting field with its horizontal milling centres
- Sigma, operating in the precision mechanics thanks to its technologically advanced vertical machining centres
- Tacchella, Morara, and Meccanodora of the FFG Grinding Technologies, the newest addition to the group.
The Italian companies are all located in Piacenza. Their exclusive features mainly revolve around the expansion of the Group's competitive capacity through:
